What is Triple wavelength diode ?
Triple wavelength diode is a Machine that is used at Studio SkinQ for Hair Removal treatment. It’s a
diode laser machine that targets melanin content of the hair and gets rid of it or destroys it.
It is very safe for Indian skin and also works very well with thin hair.
How does the treatment work?
– The area to be treated is marked with a marker/pencil.
– It is then shaved followed by an application of a cooling gel and after this the laser
shots are given at a selected energy level.
– After the treatment, the gel is cleaned and a moisturiser and sunscreen are applied.
How does it work:
Triple wavelength diode targets melanin/ black pigment in the hair, the light of the laser burns the hair
root and thereby causing a hair reduction. Hair roots in the growing phase, thick hair, dark
hair is best treated by laser light over multiple sessions.

What is a Q-Switch laser and how does it work?
A quality-switched laser (Q-Switched) is a non-invasive laser works by targeting pigments.
Light hits on the pigment and disintegrates the molecules. The pigment gets broken down
into million smaller fragments (in powdered form). In the coming few days after the
treatment these fragments are slowly cleared by the body giving an even skin tone (treats
tan removal) and glow.
